AS9102 characteristic data, exported
PlusMinus captures the AS9102 Rev C characteristic data off your drawing and exports it. First, plainly, what it does not do: it doesn't hand you a finished, customer-submittable FAIR package.
What it doesn't do — up front
So there's no confusion: there's no signature or approval block, Form 1 carries a subset of its fields, and the export isn't the official AS9102 workbook. If your customer wants a signed FAIR on the exact forms, PlusMinus doesn't produce that. Being straight about it is the point of this page.
What it does
What it does is the part that eats your day. PlusMinus reads the print, pulls every characteristic — dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, notes — numbers and balloons them, and captures the AS9102 Rev C characteristic data: your numbered characteristic list with nominals, tolerances, and the reference back to the drawing. That's the Form 3 content, and it's exported for you.
How you get it out
You get your characteristic data as CSV or Excel, a ballooned vector PDF, and a Net-Inspect-compatible export. Feed the characteristic data into whatever system produces your final package.
Can't put your prints in the cloud?
Some drawings can't leave the building. Customer IP, export-controlled work, or a contract that plainly doesn't allow an upload. Linked Operations can build you an on-premise install that runs inside your own network instead. It's a custom build rather than something you download, and it carries no compliance certification of its own. Tell us what your contract actually requires and we'll tell you straight whether we can meet it.
