From your print to inspection paperwork.
Upload a drawing and PlusMinus does the pass a person would do by hand: read it, balloon it, convert it, help you plan the inspection, and hand back the forms. Here's each step.
How it works
1
It reads your print
Upload a drawing as a PDF, vector or scanned. PlusMinus reads it and pulls out every dimension, tolerance, GD&T callout and note.
2
It balloons and converts
It numbers each callout and drops a balloon on it. Anything in metric gets converted over to inch the way a machinist actually writes it, tolerances and all.
3
You decide what gets checked
Click a balloon to mark it critical or major. Then set up your plan. Decide what gets checked in process, what gets sampled and how often, what gets checked at final, and whether you want a first piece. Save that setup and reuse it on your next drawing.
4
Out comes your paperwork
You get inspection forms in Excel and PDF, with blanks to write measurements into and lines for your operator and inspector to sign. Plus a clean ballooned PDF and a spreadsheet of your data.
What you get back
A ballooned PDF
Real vector, numbered balloons right on your print. Hand it straight to your floor.
An inspection form
Excel and PDF, a row for every characteristic, sample stages, and sign-off lines for your operator and inspector.
A spreadsheet
CSV or Excel, plus a Net-Inspect-compatible export carrying AS9102 characteristic data.
It tells you what to double-check.
Every dimension comes back with a confidence score. Anything it's less sure of gets flagged and sorted to the top of your review list, so you check those first and confirm them with one click.
Your first three drawings are on us.
